El CD Castellón presenta su nueva ciudad deportiva
El CD Castellón da un paso de gigante hacia el futuro con el anuncio oficial de su nueva Ciudad Deportiva en La Coma, Borriol, frente al prestigioso Golf Mediterráneo. Un ambicioso proyecto que consolida el crecimiento del club y su firme apuesta por la formación, la profesionalización y la excelencia deportiva.
Con una extensión total de 122.236 metros cuadrados, la nueva ciudad deportiva albergará ocho campos de fútbol, de los cuales cuatro serán de césped artificial y otros cuatro de césped natural. Tres de ellos de tipo pradera, con 23.000 metros cuadrados reservados para los equipos profesionales. Además, el cuarto de césped natural será un Mini Estadi, que será la sede habitual de los partidos del primer equipo femenino, el filial y el Juvenil A.
Uno de los grandes pilares del proyecto será un moderno edificio multifuncional destinado al primer equipo, que contará con gimnasio, zona de aguas, vestuarios, área médica y de salud, restaurante y oficinas. Este espacio también acogerá a la cantera albinegra, el área de fútbol profesional y las oficinas principales del club, centralizando así toda la estructura deportiva y organizativa del CD Castellón.
La Ciudad Deportiva ha sido concebida como un espacio de uso mixto, incluyendo zonas que permitirán generar ingresos a través de su explotación. También contará con un parking con capacidad para 500 vehículos y una plaza comercial que ofrecerá servicios como cantina, tienda oficial del club y otros establecimientos para el disfrute de aficionados y visitantes.
Este nuevo hogar será utilizado a diario por todos los equipos del CD Castellón, desde las categorías base hasta el primer equipo, reafirmando la apuesta del club por el talento local, el crecimiento sostenible y el sentimiento de pertenencia.
Con la puesta en marcha de este proyecto, el CD Castellón da un paso histórico que marcará un antes y un después en su camino hacia la élite del fútbol nacional.

CD Castellón takes a giant step towards the future with the official announcement of its new Sports City in La Coma, Borriol, in front of the prestigious Golf Mediterráneo. An ambitious project that consolidates the growth of the club and its firm commitment to training, professionalism and sporting excellence.
With a total area of 122,236 square metres, the new sports city will house eight football pitches, four of which will be artificial grass and four natural grass pitches, with 23,000 square metres reserved for the professional teams. Also a Mini Estadi will be built, which will be the regular venue for the matches of the women’s first team, the reserve team and the Juvenil A team.
One of the main pillars of the project will be a modern multifunctional building for the first team, which will have a gymnasium, water area, changing rooms, medical and health area, restaurant and offices. This space will also house the youth academy, the professional football area and the main offices of the club, thus centralising the entire sporting and organisational structure of CD Castellón.
The Sports City has been conceived as a mixed-use space, including areas that will generate income through its operation. It will also have a car park with capacity for 500 vehicles and a commercial plaza that will offer services such as a canteen, official club shop and other establishments for the enjoyment of fans and visitors.
This new home will be used on a daily basis by all CD Castellón teams, from the grassroots to the first team, reaffirming the club’s commitment to local talent, sustainable growth and a sense of belonging.
With the implementation of this project, CD Castellón takes a historic step that will mark a before and after in its path towards the national football elite.
